Booking and Payment:
- To secure a reservation, guests must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in booking cancellation without a refund.
