Cancellation policy  for Ville Vivre which is part of of SWIQ Management LTD

Booking and Payment: To secure a reservation, guests must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental cost if reservation is 4 months in advance and in Full if less than 4 months in advance . The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the check-in date.* or it could result in your booking being invalid

Cancellation Policy: We would like to inform you that all reservations made at our property are considered non-refundable bookings. Please carefully review the following information regarding our non-refundable booking policy:

1. Cancellation by Guests:   - In the event of cancellation by the guest for any reason, the total amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.   - We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of your stay.

2. Cancellation by Property:   - In rare cases, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require us to cancel a reservation. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, property damage, maintenance issues, or other events beyond our control.  

- If we need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your payment.   - We will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible and assist you in finding alternative accommodations.

3. Modification of Booking:   - Any modifications to a non-refundable booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Force Majeure Events:   - In the case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the control of both the guest and the property, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the reservation.  

- If the reservation needs to be cancelled due to a force majeure event, we will provide a full refund of your payment or offer alternative accommodations if available.  

- If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation due to a force majeure event affecting their ability to travel, we may waive our non-refundable policy, provided the guest can present valid documentation supporting their claim.  

- If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options available.By making a reservation at our property, you agree to our non-refundable booking policy.
